- Emartmall customers have the right to request return within 15 days after receiving the products - Customers bring the product to be exchanged with the Invoice and the original VAT invoice (if any) to Customer Service at Emart Store to return
- The product is intact, full of labels, without any change in shape and quality, be sealed in the original specifications (except for products that are defective or damaged in the process of transport)
- For electronic products, the exchange/return will comply with the regulations of each brand that is specified in the product warranty card.
- Products are not applicable for exchange/return:
+ Fresh food, cooked foods (delicatessen)
+ Wine, cool and frozen food, products with expired date less than 15 days
+ Cosmetics, accessories, lingerie
+ Gift in promotions and liquidated products
+ Products damaged by not complying with instructions for use or instructions for storage of the manufacturer
+ The product has expired maintenance warranty of the supplier
+ The product is over time requested to return
+ The order lost the Invoice
